Pilot is looking for an Engagement Associate in our Hillcrest office in Mobile, AL. This is not an adjuster position. The successful deployment associate will coordinate with multiple departments in support of hiring and training. Candidate must be able to provide thorough review of the deployment process to new employees/adjusters; Ensure they know what to expect on their deployment; Demonstrate consistent work ethic and patience while handling multiple projects in a strong team environment; and present a professional and personable attitude. 

• Daily interaction with direct supervisors and business unit managers. 

• Internal and external coordination with all who are involved. 
• Scheduling of assignments, meeting deadlines, and time management is a daily task. 
• Other tasks as assigned. 

• 2 years administrative experience is required for this position. 
• Minimum 2 years of customer service in a professional, fast paced environment. 
• Ability to work effectively and independently as part of a team. 
• Ability to effectively communicate directly with team members and employees. 
• 1-3 years' experience with Excel and Microsoft Word in a work environment. 

• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects under deadline pressure. 
• Ability to effectively solve problems. 
• Must be detail oriented and able to hit deadlines. 
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as strong organization and time management. 
• Ability to follow directions with the understanding that changes and/or revisions are assured. 

Desired Skills

• Previous insurance adjusting experience. 
• Insurance industry knowledge. 
• College degree preferred.
