Why Work with us?
Pilot has a comprehensive set of employee benefits that will provide a great balance between work and life, help you plan for the future, and provide medical coverage for you and your family.
Pilot was founded in 1983 by the late Walter D. Pilot, Sr. on the notion that there was a better way to handle claims—better for the carriers, better for Insurance Professionals and better for the policyholders. He and his wife Grace created Pilot Catastrophe Services, Inc. in their home with their kitchen serving as the first corporate office. Mr. Pilot’s principles were basic, but they became the strength of the company:
This position requires a high level of communication skills, accountability, resourcefulness, and the ability to partner with multiple levels of leadership throughout the operation to deliver a successful training program.
This position also requires a comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles and operational coaching best practices to ensure the application of effective training through operational implementation, including observation and feedback sessions with students and leadership.
